1. Enterprise Terms Acceptance
By accessing or utilizing the digital platform, tools, consulting engagements, or digital products of Pinnacle Flow Strategies, Nika Emeka s.p. (“PFS”), you enter into a binding legal contract governed by these Terms of Service. If you act on behalf of a corporate entity, you warrant that you hold authorized legal power to bind said organization.
2. Scope of Strategic Offerings
PFS delivers strategic advisory, custom artificial intelligence system engineering, high-scale software development, brand experience design, and cross-border commercial consulting (including the Afro-European trade corridor and Babayaga Chop2Go food distribution). All engagements are executed according to individualized Statements of Work (SOW) or verified corporate contracts.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- PFS Proprietary Frameworks: The proprietary codebases, “Adaptive Liquid UI” design components, custom AI models, architectural designs, brand trademarks, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pinnacle Flow Strategies.
- Client Deliverables: Bespoke custom software, source code, and assets developed specifically for a client are assigned upon full settlement of contracted compensation as defined in the applicable SOW.
- Permitted Use: Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to view and navigate this website. Any unauthorized extraction, scraping, decompilation, or reverse engineering of platform assets is strictly prohibited.
4. Professional Standards & Limitation of Liability
While PFS applies rigorous engineering benchmarks, all digital tools and insights provided on this platform are offered “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PFS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from digital system disruptions, third-party network outages, or market fluctuations.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and all disputes arising from them are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
